The Terence L. Thornhill Architect Team worked closely with the City of Richland staff to arrive at a concept that was compatible with the unique profile of the Columbia Point Golf Course, while at the same time establishing a design standard for the then fledgling Columbia Point development. |
The Clubhouse is divided into two primary components, a pro shop and grill. These primary areas are bisected by a rustic and rich axial entry corridor, linking the front entry of the Clubhouse with the expansive, covered patio at the rear of the building. |

The covered patio area provides golfers and non-golfers alike the opportunity to observe incoming golfers turning at the 9th hole, enjoy outdoor dining, and provide usable space for large tournaments and other events. |
