The firm of Terence L. Thornhill, Architect was sought out by the Port of Morrow to design a new interactive visitor
center in Boardman, Oregon. Terence L. Thornhill, Architect, with Ross P. Farland, an architect from DeZine Works!, Inc.
of Portland, OR created a joint venture on this design.
The 23,000 square foot Public Facility features a 13,000 square foot, 2 level exhibit space, gift shop,
1,500 square foot catering kitchen, 200 seat theater, offices, support space and attendant landscaping.
In addition to serving as an interactive visitor center, the facility will serve as an event center for fund-raisers,
wine maker dinners, civic and social gatherings as well as school related functions.
