Phase one of this three phase project included the design of an 8,000 SF multi-tenant professional office building - complete with a partial basement space for storage and mechanical equipment.

The exterior of the building consists of a rusticated stone and lap siding finish with wood shake articulation at each of the building three primary entry points.  The building is situated on the site so as to allow for the future construction of two additional, complimentary structures - thus forming an integrated campus like atmosphere.

The exterior stone wainscot was designed so that it is more of a visually important exterior design element.  This was achieved by extending the material to the mid-point of the windows and completely at the entry areas.
