High articulation and careful attention to exterior stucco detailing is a critical piece in the visual success of this small medical building and tenant space. Functional success was also achieved through a careful development of the spatial requirements of the building in a size restricted building program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A parapet style roof with translucent skylight system is tastefully incorporated into the building to enhance the main entry and provide natural daylight into the interior of the space. The restricted parcel sized lot created site design issues that influenced the building, particularly with regard to placement of the primary entrance and its visual presentation to the more frequently traveled street serving the site.
