A sloping lot was selected for this 16,000 square foot two-story professional office building. A steel metal frame and joist system was utilized to create an elevated slab, with in-fill timber framing to complete the structural system. |
Strategically placed skylights were designed upon the parapet wall roof system, allowing natural daylight into key interior spaces. The exterior is composed of a brick lower body and stucco upper floor. |
