This 4,500 square foot convenience store design is the product of collaboration between Terence L. Thornhill, Architect and a national client with an established image concept.

The brick, cloth awning, and open glazing all contribute to the neighborhood feel that the owner wished to convey.

An automated car wash was also incorporated into the design of the site reflecting the same influences as the convenience store. Randomly placed glass block was designed as a means of introducing a playful light display into the interior of the car wash.

The convenience store accommodates standard convenience store type provisions; a specialty Thai food offering, deli, and tenant space with drive-up teller window for a credit union or small bank operation.
