Terence L. Thornhill Architect consulted with Tom O'Neil to be their "sherpa" in the establishment of the first winery, tasting room and production facility in the City of Richland.

Thomas O'Neil Cellars features a full production facility, barrel storage area, case goods storage, tasting room, catering kitchen office, lab, and outdoor entertainment patio.

The building was constructed utilizing traditional timber frame walls with split roof trusses to create a unique roof form within the construction budget.
