This craftsman style home is situated  along the Columbia River in Pasco, Washington. An open living concept was created to take advantage of the incredible river view from as many areas of the home as possible.

Wooden "solid sawn" beams were used extensively to create a craftsman appeal while also taking  advantage of the  lower roof pitch and deeper overhangs.  This roof configuration allows for mitigation of the summer interior heat gain while providing for thermal enhancement when the sun is lower in the winter. Two large stone fireplaces enhance the gathering areas on both of the floors along with high ceilings and large open spaces.
