Originally constructed as a 1970’s vintage rambler, this riverfront home underwent a total architectural transformation through the addition of approximately 1,500 square feet and renovation of existing space.

A new roofline was created through the introduction of new roof trusses, carefully installed to retain the existing ceiling treatment in several rooms.

The kitchen area was opened to the family

room, creating a great room concept. Formal entry, dining and living rooms were added

to the front of the house.

A ramp down carport was converted into

lower level bedrooms and a new main floor elevation 3-car garage was added.

The exterior materials are comprised of

highly articulated stucco detailing with

plaster accent medallions.

The interior is trimmed with layered white painted woodwork in floor base, crown mould, door and window wraps.
